About the roleThe purpose of this role is to build and scale a data- and AI-enabled growth engine that improves pipeline quality, visibility. This role turns data into commercial execution-ensuring insights, programs, and automation drive measurable pipeline impact and ROI.
This position will report to the Commercial Transformation Lead.
The key responsibiities of the role are: Data Strategy, Governance & Insights- Establish trusted, scalable data foundations that improve pipeline transparency, understanding, and decision-making.
- Define data standards, governance routines, and hygiene rules to ensure accuracy and confidence in reporting.
- Translate insights into action through segmentation, scoring, performance analysis, and commercial recommendations.
Demand Generation & Program Execution- Operationalize a repeatable campaign "factory model" with consistent targeting, workflows, and measurement.
- Own tooling, and process standards supporting demand generation and pipeline management.
- Create strong feedback loops with marketing and Sales to improve lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and conversion outcomes.
AI-Driven Marketing & Automation- Build lightweight AI/agentic workflows to accelerate data preparation, reporting, segmentation, and next-best-action insights.
- Prototype analytics and automation capabilities that can scale into repeatable, self-serve solutions.
Vendor & Partner Growth Programs- Partner with vendors and channel teams to align priorities, target segments, and success metrics.
- Enable consistent reporting and performance visibility to support QBRs and investment decisions.
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement- Define and track pipeline KPIs (conversion, velocity, coverage, ageing) to identify leakage and bottlenecks.
- Act as an escalation point for systemic data or pipeline issues and lead cross-functional resolution.
Stakeholder Leadership- Influence and align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Partner, Vendor, Data/Analytics, and IT in a matrixed environment.
- Drive standard ways of working that connect strategy to execution and results.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |
About youThe ideal Senior Analyst, Data, AI and Insights would have the following qualifications: - Strong understanding of CRM + pipeline reporting, standards, and governance; ability to define cross-functional GTM processes.
- Data-literate and metrics-driven; able to design practical segmentation, scoring, and performance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
- AI/automation fluency-able to identify and operationalize AI-driven marketing and analytics improvements (including lightweight agentic workflows).
Preferred / Helpful Skills- Hands-on familiarity with BI + analytics tooling (e.g., dashboards, data pipelines), and campaign performance optimization.
- Experience designing measurable vendor marketing programs and partner activation frameworks tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes
