Full Job Description
Serve as the data and analytics engine for Category Leadership and Sales teams, translating complex customer and marketplace data into actionable insights, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations that drive growth at Strategic Grocery.
What you will do....
• Master and navigate diverse customer data sources, platforms, and internal reporting tools for assigned retailers
• Analyze account and market trends to proactively identify and size business growth opportunities for the Sales team
• Translate complex datasets into clear, concise, and compelling insights for cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
• Develop, automate, and distribute critical reporting deliverables, including weekly sales, market share, new launch tracking, and customer-specific scorecards
• Support the creation of data-driven narratives for category reviews, customer presentations, and Joint Business Planning (JBP)
• Monitor, scorecard, and communicate Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, and Pricing (DSMP) performance and execution gaps
What you bring to the table...(Must have)
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 4+ years of analytical experience in CPG sales, category management, or retail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build and enhance complex dashboards and performance scorecards
• Deep expertise in analyzing retailer-specific data ecosystems and syndicated market data
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, ensuring precision in all reporting and validation processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple tight deadlines and shift priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

• Accurate and timely distribution of weekly sales, trend, and space productivity reports
• Actionable, data-driven insights that directly inform JBP and customer category reviews
• Ongoing tracking and communication of DSMP performance metrics and execution opportunities
• Seamless cross-functional collaboration and aligned storytelling between Category Leadership and Sales teams
Working Requirements:
• Travel: approximately 25% of time
• Hybrid working model in line with Campbell's policy
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$87,900-$120,900
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
