Job DescriptionAbout the Job:The Community Impact Senior Analyst is responsible for the design, activation, governance, and performance management of global community impact programs, including volunteerism, employee charitable giving, and disaster relief initiatives. In this role you will ensure scalable infrastructure, financial oversight, compliance, and measurable employee engagement across the full portfolio.
You will be required to attend the Plano, TX or Louisville KY office three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).
Salary Range: $89,300 - $105,100 + bonus eligibility.

Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities:- Lead governance and operating processes across volunteerism, charitable giving, and disaster relief programs to ensure scalability, compliance, and global consistency.
- Own enterprise budget oversight, forecasting, and financial controls across volunteerism, disaster relief, and employee giving programs.
- Oversee sourcing, onboarding, due diligence, and contract management for community impact and volunteer partners.
- Serve as primary liaison to impact and volunteer technology platforms, ensuring system functionality, data integrity, and strong user experience.
- Design and manage the enterprise KPI framework, dashboards, and reporting standards across community impact programs.
- Monitor employee participation, giving, and impact trends; translate data into actionable recommendations and performance improvements.
- Lead annual data collection and analysis required for executive and external public company reporting.
- Develop scalable policies, toolkits, and engagement models that enable global employee participation in community impact programs and initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Communications, Culture, HR, and business leaders to drive awareness, participation, and recognition.
- Identify operational risks, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities; implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and impact.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5-8+ years of experience in corporate social responsibility, nonprofit partnerships, governance, finance, or related field.
- Experience managing budgets, basic bookkeeping, accounting or payment processing, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing KPI frameworks and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of compliance, due diligence, and risk management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive operational improvements.
- Strong organizational skills with experience implementing systems and process enhancements.
