This Sr. Analyst will work closely with the Business Operations lead to help turn priorities into action. The role sits at the center of planning, workforce and budget oversight, and operating rhythms-bringing structure, visibility, and follow-through to critical initiatives across the organization.

What You'll DriveStrategic Planning & Prioritization- Support planning cycles by guiding the development of OKRs and associated project charters, ensuring clarity in scope, ownership, and outcomes.
- Assist with coordination of our prioritization process, including business case review, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through on key actions.
- Contribute to quarterly OCISO consultations by synthesizing updates across workforce, budget, resourcing needs, and OKR progress.
Workforce Planning- Manage job requisitions and maintain visibility into open roles and hiring progress.
- Track headcount against plan and support quarterly contingent workforce forecasting.
- Assist in development and tracking of incremental resourcing requests and business cases.
Expense & Vendor Governance- Oversee expense intake and reporting, maintaining clear visibility into spend versus budget.
- Coordinate vendor lifecycle activities (new engagements, renewals, deprecations) in partnership with Vendor Management, Sourcing, and Finance.
- Support quarterly vendor health reviews and annual vendor strategy discussions with leadership.
Strategic Projects & Operational Support- Contribute to high-impact initiatives and special projects as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and simplify how teams work.

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

Additional Location(s) | Pay Range:San Jose, California | ($88,500.00 - $126,500.00 Annually)Chicago, Illinois | ($80,500.00 - $114,950.00 Annually)Austin, Texas | ($80,500.00 - $114,950.00 Annually)
Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
