    Primary Responsibilities
    The Senior Business Analyst operates as a strategic-level individual contributor who leads complex requirement definition, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and business process transformation initiatives.
    The Senior BA influences product strategy, drives structured decision-making, and ensures that engineering delivery aligns with measurable business outcomes. This role extends beyond documentation into enterprise-level impact.
    Essential Functions
    DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Lead complex requirements discovery and solution analysis by working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to define clear, actionable requirements that support strategic initiatives and product development.
    • Own backlog and requirements quality for major initiatives, ensuring user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements are well defined, prioritized, and aligned with business outcomes.
    • Analyze and redesign business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improved business performance, translating process insights into solution recommendations.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, facilitating workshops, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring shared understanding of requirements, priorities, and solution designs.
    • Support solution validation and outcome realization, ensuring delivered solutions meet business needs through testing coordination, requirement validation, and measurement of business value.
    • Mentor and guide Business Analysts and Associate Business Analysts, promoting best practices in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical approaches.

    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
    • Strong ability to lead requirements discovery, structure complex requirements, and translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable effective solution delivery.
    • Deep understanding of business process analysis and improvement techniques, with the ability to identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and translate business problems into technology-enabled capabilities.
    • Ability to lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and build alignment among business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams while managing competing priorities.
    • Strong understanding of the organization's business operations, systems, and data, enabling the ability to anticipate business needs and provide informed recommendations.
    • Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns and root causes, and support data-driven decision-making across initiatives.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into clear insights for stakeholders and leadership.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field.
    • At least five years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
    • Experience and/or certification with Product, Project or Agile methodologies and Jira or similar tools.
