Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with a minimum of 12 years of industry experience.
• Proficient with high-speed/RF lab equipment like oscilloscopes and network analyzers.
• C programming skills with experience in TestStand and Python desirable.
• Skilled in data analysis tools such as Excel, JMP, and PowerBI.
• Experience in debugging hardware setups and reading schematics.
• Familiar with SerDes validation and Ethernet IEEE 802.3 protocols.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to details regarding silicon, board, and software interactions.

Responsibilities

• Build validation plans based on electrical specifications.
• Write software to configure devices for testing.
• Create automated hardware sequences for parametric measurements.
• Analyze data to report pass/fail outcomes and compile summary reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IP-related issues.
• Research necessary hardware for measurement tasks and make recommendations.
• Define hardware design requirements and engage in schematic/layout reviews.
