Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in a hybrid onsite role, based in either Richmond, VA or McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will partner effectively with hiring managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs and deliver comprehensive full-cycle recruitment services. This role involves creating engaging job descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, promoting the company's talent brand, and managing the candidate journey from initial engagement to offer acceptance. The Senior Recruiter will also leverage data insights and innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent, supporting a culture of diversity, inclusion, and high-performance.
Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to capture and understand specific talent requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting activities, including crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, and marketing the talent brand to attract high-quality applicants.
- Screen candidates, provide guidance to business partners on recruitment processes, and negotiate job offers.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top talent, owning the candidate development process from initial contact to closing.
- Work cross-functionally with a team of high-performing recruiters, fostering a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion.
- Utilize recruiting data to provide proactive status updates and hiring outcomes to leadership and HR partners.
- Extend search efforts beyond direct applications by leveraging search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative techniques to find the best candidates.
- Demonstrate flexibility and openness to candidates from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
Required Qualifications - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting, or a combination thereof.
Preferred Qualifications - Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.
- Over 1 year of experience in AI-focused recruitment, including fields such as Applied Research, Applied Science, AI Engineering, or Machine Learning Engineering.
- More than 4 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, including research and sourcing.
- At least 2 years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers simultaneously, building strong working relationships.
- Proven ability to influence decision-making and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in using innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.
- Experience with compensation and employment-related HR requirements.
