Full Job Description
This is a limited-term role slated for a minimum of 6 months, with full benefits provided. Candidates must reside in WA State to be considered.

Provide leaders with advice, counsel and planning to ensure the timely and effective recruiting of qualified applicants required to meet the organization's recruiting goals.

Required Education and Experience
B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum five (5) years recruitment experience with at least two (2) years full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume work environment.

Preferred
Experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs).

Experience recruiting within union environments.

Compensation Range
$97,665.00 - $146,497.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
