Sr. Agile Program Manager/Digital Transformation

Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Program Manager to support our client's digital transformation initiatives. The role will focus on driving Epic level initiatives, partnering closely with business requestors, stakeholders, and technology teams to translate business needs into executable work and drive initiatives through delivery.
This position requires a strong communicator who can operate across business and technology organizations, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and provide structure and leadership across large scale initiatives.
This position is located at client site in Alpharetta, Georgia. You will be required to be onsite at the client 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities

. Lead and coordinate Epic level digital transformation initiatives from definition through delivery.
. Partner with requestors, business stakeholders, product teams, and technology organizations to define objectives, scope, dependencies, and outcomes.
. Facilitate alignment across multiple teams within an Agile/SAFe environment.
. Manage roadmaps, dependencies, risks, issues, milestones, and executive level status reporting.
. Support Release Train activities as needed while maintaining primary focus on Epics and broader initiative execution.
. Help identify opportunities to incorporate AI, LLMs, automation, and emerging technologies into business and technology solutions.
. Communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

. 10+ years of program/project management or related technology delivery experience.
. Demonstrated experience supporting digital transformation or complex technology initiatives.
. Strong Agile/SAFe knowledge and experience working within or alongside Release Trains.
. Experience managing cross functional initiatives involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
. Strong executive communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
. Working knowledge of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
. Ability to work onsite in Alpharetta, GA, five days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

. Telecommunications and/or AT&T experience.
. SAFe certification.
. Hands on experience with scripting, automation, or technical solution development.
. Experience creating, configuring, or working with AI agents / Agentic AI.
. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile delivery tools.

Other Information:
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 $154,800.00.
