Full Job Description
We9re looking for a Sr. Agency Lead to help grow Pinterest9s Global agency business. As the primary point of contact for a listed set of agencies, you9ll leverage executive relationships and your Pinterest ad platform expertise to inspire agencies to become Pinterest ad experts and transform our agency partners into advocates to meet their clients9 goals. In doing so, you9ll play a key role in scaling one of the fastest growing advertising platforms in history through your agency partnerships. What You9ll do: 3 Drive incremental and new business revenue with top agencies 3 Build relationships at the c-level and educate agencies to master the Pinterest ad platform and maximize success for their partners 3 Prove demonstrable impact of the agency team9s work using an effective combination of metrics and market feedback 3 Continually keep agencies updated with new Pinterest ad offerings so they can present new offerings to partners 3 Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to agency relationships 3 Work cross-functionally to help Pinterest build a world-class advertising platform What we9re looking for: 3 15+ years Digital advertising agency and agency sales experience, working specifically with performance advertising products 3 Bachelor9s degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience 3 AI Enthusiast: Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to explore AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity, including campaign setup, performance reporting, client communications, and research. 3 Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations with a customer focus 3 Proven track record of managing revenue pipeline with forward-looking predictability 3 An independent, business-focused creative thinker who is excited to work with leading agency and technology partners 3 Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues Relocation Statement: 3 This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
