About the role:

The Sr. Advisor, Talent Acquisition, is a senior recruiter on the team and serves as an SME resource for both Talent Acquisition colleagues and business partners. This role balances full cycle recruitment responsibilities with providing training and process support for the TA team. The Sr. Advisor ensures all processes are being followed and is expected to keep a high level of service to both hiring managers and candidates.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles across the organization.
  • Lead intake meetings to deeply understand hiring needs, define effective search strategies, and provide consultative guidance to hiring managers.
  • Execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage high-quality talent in competitive markets.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain proactive, scalable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including critical roles and emerging skill sets.
  • Ensure consistent application of recruitment processes and maintain a high level of data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Contribute to key talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding and TA tools/process optimization.
  • Manage background checks, including employment verification, criminal and credit checks.

What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience, ideally supporting corporate or professional roles.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of roles, including senior-level and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and current recruitment best practices, ideally Workday.
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support the growth of others.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and guide stakeholders through a consultative, partnership-driven approach, without formal authority.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear, data-driven recommendations and build credibility with hiring managers and peers.

What you can expect - pay & process:
  • Expected base salary range is $80,000 - $90,000 plus the opportunity to earn an annual incentive bonus tied to performance.
