We are seeking an Sr Advisor Brand and Digital Communications who will be responsible for advancing brand strategy, developing marketing programs and for executing the Brand and Creative Services function. The Senior Advisor will work with a broad group of clients across the Enterprise in developing advertising, communications materials, and digital content - from conceptual design to strategic execution.

*Please note this is a Temporary role to April 2027.

What You Will Do:
  • Responsible for developing and executing on yearly advertising strategies, in consultation with the Brand Strategist and Manager, Brand and Digital Communications.
  • Lead the creation and rollout of integrated brand programs, including advertising campaigns, communications materials, and digital content across multiple channels.
  • Manages Creative Services requests from across the Enterprise, ensuring delivery of strategic solutions.
  • Oversee the development of high-quality content that meets internal client needs and strengthens brand perception.
  • Execute the annual masterbrand program, including creative development, media planning, and performance measurement using data and AI-driven insights.
  • Act as a key advisor and liaison to Enterprise Communications and business leaders on effective brand and creative strategies.
  • Identify and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance brand strategy, audience insights, and campaign effectiveness while maintaining brand standards.
  • Lead digital advertising and content execution, uphold brand standards, support event branding, and collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver work on time and within budget.


Who You Are:
  • A degree or diploma in communications, emphasis in marketing with 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in branding and creative communications.
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations and/or creative agencies with a strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of communication best practices and evolving industry trends, with the ability to apply new approaches effectively.
  • Deep understanding of communication theory and expertise in integrating corporate messaging across channels.
  • Extensive knowledge of advertising media and how to strategically leverage channels within integrated campaigns.
  • Proficiency in applying emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance marketing and communications outcomes.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.


Working Conditions:
  • Typical Office environment.
  • Travel within Canada and the U.S. 10-20% with emergency travel to incidents as/if needed.
