We are seeking a Sr. Advanced Practitioner Nurse/Clinician for our Mobile Units. This position is responsible for assuming leadership in clinical affairs at a particular CHN Center; supervises other clinicians at that Center and teams with the Center Director to manage medical operations at the Center.
Essential Functions:- Reviews and interprets medical history data and continually updates this information as necessary.
- Works with Human Resources to periodically review the EHS policies & procedures.
- Oversees the complete and appropriate medical examination on all employees as outlined in the agency's EHS
The ideal candidate will have a valid N.Y.S. License to deliver medical care and at least one (1) year of post-graduate/residency experience delivering care in a Primary Care setting.
