The primary responsibilities of this role are tomaintainthe schedule for 3 senior level leaders within the organization. This includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, providing logistical and travel support with detailed itineraries, working on related projects and being proactive with evolving business needs.  

Experience we are looking for:

  • Support multiple SVPs, beinga trusted partner, organizing current needs,anticipatingpotential conflicts, and handling sensitive business information where SVP confidentiality is paramount.

  • Maintainan accurateand detailed calendar for the SVPs, manage and log incoming scheduling requests, proactively communicate changes to team, as well as anticipateand respond to scheduling and travel conflicts, rescheduling as needed.

  • Track SVP’s tasks and projects to ensureappropriate prioritizationis completed with respect to deadlines and organizational developments.

  • Access, review,prioritize,and respond to inbound email and voicemail requests. 

  • Organize internal and external meetings for SVPs.

  • Manage all travel scheduling and arrangements,ensuring thatSVPs areaware and updated of itinerary changes during travel, and prepared upon arrival.

  • Track and reconcile monthly statements, ensuring expense reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner.

  • Ensure consistent and efficient interaction with other assistants across the global organization;demonstratepoise and tact under pressure and handle matters with sound judgement and respect.

  • Provide special project leadership and support as needed. 

  • Attend Staff Meetings and capture Meeting Minutes to ensure all action items are followedupin a timely manner.

  • Assistin drafting important documents and presentation materials for executive team meetings.

JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE

$74,000 - $124,000

The base salary range for this role is shown above. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on role.
