Sr. Administrative AssistantThe Opportunity We seek a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to support three Senior Directors within the Marketing organization. This role reports to the VP's Chief of Staff and partners closely with the Senior Directors and broader team to provide seamless administrative support, improve day-to-day coordination, and keep team priorities moving efficiently.
This role is built for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple leaders and competing priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional organization. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative fundamentals, good judgment, attention to detail, and a helpful approach to supporting the broader team.
What you'll Do - Manage calendars for three Senior Directors, balancing priorities and proactively resolving conflicts
- Coordinate internal/external meetings across teams, leaders, and time zones
- Manage domestic/international travel, including itineraries, transportation, and schedule changes
- Support leadership meetings, offsites, and team events, including scheduling and logistics
- Partner with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and administrative partners on team operating rhythms and cross-functional coordination
- Manage expenses, purchase requests, and other administrative processes accurately and on time
- Track key deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups across the leaders supported
- Find opportunities to simplify administrative processes and improve team coordination
- Handle sensitive/confidential information with sound judgment and discretion
- Provide broader administrative support during peak periods and key team moments
What you need to succeed - Located in a designated hub and willing to work in-office at least 3 days per week, with additional on-site days as business needs require
- 7+ years of administrative experience, including supporting multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong calendar management and prioritization skills across multiple leaders/time zones
- Experience coordinating domestic/international travel and managing last-minute changes
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with administrative partners, Chiefs of Staff, and senior leaders
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $75,800 -- $157,650 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $108,900 - $157,650
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
