About the role

Orange Wholesale International is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to lead our efforts in selling to North American-based neoscalers and the AI related industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep familiarity with the neoscaler landscape, a strong understanding of infrastructure solutions supporting AI traffic transport such as dark fiber, MOFN, Data Centers and comprehensive knowledge of the IP market, including transit and peering services. This role requires a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles from inception to signature, with excellent negotiation skills, impactful presentation abilities, and the capacity to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the full sales cycle—from lead generation, offer engineering, pricing, contract negotiations, to closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with North American neoscaler customers and key industry stakeholders such as the main industry vendors.
  • Promote and sell infrastructure solutions, including dark fiber, MOFN, subsea cable landing stations, IP transit, and peering.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and legal teams to craft tailored proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to clients, partners, and industry events.
  • Participate in major industry events and conferences to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
  • Coordinate with international teams and external partners across different countries and time zones.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological developments.

About you

  • Located on the US East Coast.
  • 5-10 years proven experience selling to North American neoscalers and/or hyperscalers.
  • Travel domestically as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong familiarity with the neoscaler landscape and the AI related industry.
  • Good knowledge of infrastructure solutions such as dark fiber, MOFN, and related connectivity options (subsea connectivity/landing stations/DCs).
  • In-depth understanding of the IP transit and peering market.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales processes from inception to close.
  • Strong negotiation, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver impactful presentations tailored to diverse audiences internally.
  • Ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultural environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
