Full Job Description
Central Transport is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to seek out and develop new business relationships in the Greater Toronto Area. This is an excellent opportunity for those individuals with a proven sales background to join one of the fastest growing LTL companies with the newest fleet of tractors on the street! This position offers a base salary in addition to a lucrative incentive structure (plus incentive guaranteed at 92% over your first 6 months). This is an exciting opportunity to focus on business development and market share growth in the transportation industry. Account Executives are responsible for making sales calls within their designated local territory on small to mid-size customers to present our value driven services and obtain new business leads. By utilizing a designated local territory structure, Account Executives are able to be home most evenings and every weekend while still maintaining account ownership, maximizing revenue, and growing their portfolio. Domicile Location: 2250 N Park Drive, Brampton, ON, Canada Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 Account Executives are provided: • Company car or a monthly car allowance and industry competitive weekly incentive bonus. • Central Transport touchscreen/laptop equipped with Company programs to ensure you are always connected and prepared at every moment • Dedicated sales support for assistance with reporting and urgent customer needs Position will require: • 2+ years selling LTL transportation services • Local travel through your designated territory and occasional travel to the company corporate office (Detroit, MI) • Ability to meet and exceed sales growth expectations • Background in progressive successful sales environments • Aptitude for seeking out and securing new business • Managing a portfolio that is expected to do nothing but increase in value • A winning mindset and can-do attitude If you are a self-motivated sales professional, with the drive and hunger to become part of a growing organization we want to make you "Central" to our success.
