SPTS Program Manager
Description -Job SummaryThis program manager is responsible for program-managing a multi-year, cross-organizational, new technology product launch for HP SPTS business. We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Program Manager to lead this enterprise-scale initiative from concept to global deployment. This leader will own end-to-end program governance, alignment across multiple business groups, and delivery to critical financial, technical, regulatory, and customer milestones.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated mastery of large, multi-disciplinary program leadership, excels in ambiguity, influences without authority, and drives a culture of customer-centric thinking, quality and execution.
Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end management of critical program, overseeing strategy, business case validation, phase transitions, and global launch.
- Ensure all program milestones are met on time, within budget, and with required quality standards.
- Establish effective program governance, operating rhythms, risk management frameworks, and executive communication channels.
- Align and integrate objectives, requirements, and priorities across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Customer Assurance, Finance, Marketing, and partner organizations.
- Foster strong partnerships with key internal partners (including but not limited to SPTS, MTD and ISDO, SBO) to ensure clear ownership, resource allocation, and fast decision-making.
- Serve as the central point of accountability for program status, risks, interdependencies, and trade-off decisions.
- Mentor, guide and develop program managers, engineers, and cross-functional leaders across multiple partner organizations.
- Promote a high-performance culture rooted in transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
- Manage the program's financials-including budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and ROI tracking-in partnership with Finance and Portfolio teams.
- Embed customer-centric, quality and regulatory considerations into all aspects of program planning and execution to drive continuous improvement and ensure global market readiness.
Education & Experience Recommended- Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degrees in Engineering, Science or Business.
- 8+ years of program management experience, including Expert-level leadership.
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-organizational, global programs.
- Strong executive communication, financial acumen, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working across SPTS, MTD, ISDO and SBO organizations.
- Deep expertise in NPI, hardware development or systems integration, or large-scale technology platform programs.
- PMP, Agile, or Lean certifications.
- Director or VP reference

The pay range for this role is
$116,150 to
$182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
