QualificationsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- 5+ years of experience in as a Supply Chain Professional and/or Management experience in a production environment
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Experience working with multiple cross functional groups
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience presenting to and interacting with all levels of the organization
- Ability to effect change
- Knowledge of MRP systems, SAP preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain or other relevant course of study
- MBA or Master's Degree
- Knowledge/experience with manufacturing and manufacturing processes
- APICS, CPIM, CSCP or other industry certification
- Governance and Compliance background including experience with AS9100 or other external audits.
- Experience in Aerospace

Summary Pay Range: $97,800 - $149,950
