Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in
Salt Lake City, Utah for the . This full-time, campus-based position serves students in
Kindergarten through 8th grade, offering the opportunity to provide bilingual speech-language services while working alongside educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to help students reach their communication goals.
Position Highlights- Full-time opportunity (30-37.5 hours per week)

How You'll Make an Impact- Provide individualized speech-language therapy services for bilingual students with diverse communication needs.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and use assessment results to guide intervention planning.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals while maintaining compliance with district and special education requirements.
- Manage assigned student caseloads, including documentation, progress reporting, and case management responsibilities.
- Consult with teachers, families, and related service providers to encourage carryover of communication strategies throughout the school day.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success and ensure coordinated service delivery.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing data and performance.
Compensation- $55-$65+ per hour, depending on experience
- Estimated weekly earnings of $2,062-$2,437+
RequirementsQualifications- Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
- State License as Speech-Language Pathologist
- Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
- National License: ASHA
- Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
- Bilingual
- Experience working with children
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in use of technology
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications
