This is a full-time, on-site role as a
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a school located in
Highlands Ranch, CO. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.
Job Details- Full-time opportunity with a 37.5-hour work week
- Serve students in Kindergarten through 12th grade
- CF-SLP placement available
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, and case management services
- Guaranteed paid hours, including direct services, documentation, planning, meetings, and administrative responsibilities
- On-site, in-person school-based position
- Manageable caseloads designed to support effective service delivery
- Ongoing collaboration and support from both the partnering school district and the TheraPeds Partners team
- Competitive compensation of $60-$80+ per hour
- Estimated weekly earnings of $2,250-$3,000+, based on 37.5 hours per week
RequirementsQualifications- Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
- State License as Speech-Language Pathologist
- Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
- National License: ASHA
- Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
- CF-SLP placement available
- Experience working with children
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in use of technology
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications
