Our Step One Early Intervention program is a family-centered, community-based program that works in partnership with families to understand and meet the individual needs of children. Step One supports the relationship between young children and their families. We provide educational and therapeutic services to children from birth to three years with special needs and provide support and education to their families.
Our interdisciplinary team of professionals provides:- Standardized assessments
- Home-based services to young children and their families
- Consultative services to staff of other disciplines and families
- Developmental, therapeutic group services for infants, toddlers and families
- Consultation and collaboration with other community and medical providers such as childcare professionals and pediatricians
The Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor provides assessment, consultation, and home-based therapy services. In addition, the supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision; manages our SLP assessment, consultation, and therapy procedures; and actively participates in program development and evaluation.
Requirements:- Current Massachusetts licensure in Speech Language Pathology
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of pediatric experience.
- Prior experience working with children from birth to age three and their families preferred.
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to supervise those skills in supervisees.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, maintain flexibility and function autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to support and supervise clinical salaried and FFS staff.
- Ability to initiate activities and follow-through independently.
- Must be willing to travel to various sites and towns of Milton, Quincy and Randolph
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

$75,000-$90,000 USD
