Position:- Speech Language Pathologist ( SLP )
Location:- TriCities Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Cumberland, Kentucky

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing
- Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Specialize in dysphagia management and cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation
- Educate patients, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in patient care
Qualifications:- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Speech Language Pathologist ( SLP ) and ASHA CCC certification in the state of Kentucky
- 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
- Expertise in dysphagia management and cognitive rehabilitation
- Passion for geriatric care and interdisciplinary collaboration
