Speech Language Pathologist Up to $42-50/hour | Elberton, GA | Short-Term Full-Time Hours | 2026-2027 School Year | Short-Term Full-time contract position supporting students with speech and language needs by evaluating skills, providing therapy, monitoring progress, and collaborating with teams to support student outcomes. Position Details: Caseload within Elbert County School District Short-Term Full Time Position: July 2026 to October 2026 1.0 FTE, M-F What You'll Do Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to assigned students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and data Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and learning Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations Maintain compliant and confidential student records in accordance with regulations Support a range of student communication needs across school settings Perform additional duties as assigned to support student success What We're Looking For Valid Professional Standards Commission approved certificate at level S-5 or above in Speech Language Pathology Master's Degree from a Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university in Speech Language Therapy Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills School-based experience preferred, not required Benefits apply to 0.8 FTE and above after a short waiting period.
