Job Description

Therapy Source is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-person services for elementary school students. This position is for the current school year.

Speech-Language Pathologist Salary: $68-$75 per hour

Speech-Language Pathologist Position Details:

  • Position can be full time or if part time (must be 3 days per week)
  • Hours approximately 8:00am - 3:00pm
  • Working with 4th-5th grade population


Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:

  • School Certification in New Jersey
  • Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
  • Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)


Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:

  • Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals
  • Providing push-in support in classrooms
  • Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.
  • Providing continued support for students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
  • Developing and implementing IEPs
  • Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
