Job DescriptionSwedish Otolaryngology is seeking a collaborative and motivated
Medical Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing Voice & Swallowing Center. Working alongside seven physicians, an established SLP, and a dedicated laryngologist, you will play a key role in delivering specialized care for patients with swallowing disorders, voice disorders, chronic cough, and vocal cord dysfunction.
This outpatient position spans two clinic locations and includes providing therapy, participating in multidisciplinary clinics, assisting with in-office procedures, and partnering with rehabilitation therapists to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for voice and swallowing disorders, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Fellowship training in laryngology/medical speech pathology is preferred but not required.

- Upon hire: Washington Speech Language Pathologist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:- Previous speech pathologist experience preferred.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
