Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain it prior to employment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and team members.
• Demonstrated fiscal responsibility in managing treatment programs.
• Clinical expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments.
• Establish and implement tailored Speech Pathology treatment programs based on clinical evaluations.
• Provide rehabilitative services in accordance with medical orders as part of a healthcare team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate patient care.
• Deliver individualized treatment sessions focused on functional outcomes.
