Speech Language Pathologist

Up to $42-57/hour | Milledgeville, GA | Full-Time Hours | 2026-2027 School Year | Full-time contract position supporting students with speech and language needs by evaluating skills, providing therapy, monitoring progress, and collaborating with teams to support student outcomes.

Position Details:
  • Caseload within Baldwin County School District
  • Full Time - Starting July 2026
  • 1.0 FTE, M-F

What You'll Do
  • Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to assigned students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and data
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and learning
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support student success

What We're Looking For
  • Valid Professional Standards Commission approved certificate at level S-5 or above in Speech Language Pathology
  • Master's Degree from a Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university in Speech Language Therapy
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • School-based experience preferred, not required
