Position Details
  • Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) role
  • Greater McMinnville, OR area (Salem, Polk and Yamhill Counties)
  • In-person, full-time Early Childhood Role (Ages 3-5)
  • May require traveling between sites


What You'll Do
  • Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
  • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
  • Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
  • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed


What We're Looking For
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active Oregon SLP License (or CFY)
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
