Job Description:School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full Time | CentraliaAmpersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Centralia, Washington. We're a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting. New to schools? No problem - we provide mentorship and support!

Responsibilities:- Provide speech-language therapy services in a 7-12 school setting
- Conduct evaluations and write reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
- Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:- Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
