π£ What You'll Do
β€ Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
π§ Develop individualized treatment plans that maximize independence and quality of life.
π₯ Assess and treat swallowing disorders to help residents eat and drink safely.
π€ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to provide exceptional resident-centered care.
π Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
π Celebrate every milestone and encourage residents as they achieve meaningful goals.
π What You'll Bring
β’ Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
β’ Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license
β’ CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!)
β’ Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus-but not required!
β’ A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others thrive.
