What you'll be doing

An accelerated growth role for an ambitious professional ready to learn the art of high-stakes commercial banking. You will partner with Senior RMs to manage deal flow and portfolio health, gaining direct exposure to our most sophisticated clients while preparing to manage your own book of business.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Deal Support: Partner with Senior Bankers to prepare pitch materials, financial models, and relationship plans. Ensure data integrity across our CRM systems.
  • Execution Support: Navigate the complexities of onboarding, including KYC/AML documentation and account opening, ensuring a frictionless experience for the client.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as a tenacious problem solver. When obstacles arise, you find the path forward to keep client requests on track.
  • Skill Development: actively learn the technical nuances of treasury management and deposit structuring to prepare for future advancement.

This role has an expected salary range of $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
