Specialist, Trading Services II
We9re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Trading Services II to join our Archer team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA
In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways:
0Performing daily trade processing and settlement, including Fixed Income and Equities
0Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a trade, ensuring accurate settlement between counterparties, and resolving fails to ensure compliance with settlement timelines
0Contributing to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the firm9s policies and procedures
0Working with internal teams to ensure breaks between internal accounts and external counterparties are resolved
To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following:
0Bachelor9s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
03 - 5 years of total work experience preferred
0Operational investment management experience and knowledge of principles and practices within the investment management industry preferred
0Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented, highly motivated, and a self-starter who works effectively in a team environment

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
