TRADING ANALYSTResponsible for trade settlement and reconciliation, new fixed income broker onboarding, and assistance with interval fund processing, settlement issues, and daily account balances.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Inspect and verify any suspicious/erroneous orders.
- Communicate fixed income allocations to outside bond brokers ensuring these trades are booked correctly on our side and also at the contra broker.
- Trade Reconciliation - Review and reconcile reports to ensure trades have been executed and booked correctly.
- Compliance reports - Compile and randomly check trades for best execution prices. Review MSRB, CAT OATS and TRACE reports for trades. Check trade confirms for accuracy.
- Onboard new fixed income brokers
- Work with custodians and outside bond brokers on settlement issues
- Assist with the interval fund process
- Check firm accounts balances on a daily basis
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications*- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience with an investment management firm, hedge fund, or Broker Dealer
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications
