Role Glassbox Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Glassbox Engineer with strong expertise in Glassbox platform administration Linux systems support automation and enterprise production support The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation configuration maintenance troubleshooting and operational support of Glassbox environments while ensuring platform stability availability and performance
The role requires deep technical knowledge of Glassbox architecture Linux administration Python and Shell scripting infrastructure troubleshooting monitoring tools and enterprise platform operations
Mandatory Skills
7 years of handson experience supporting Glassbox platforms
Strong expertise in Glassbox installation configuration administration and troubleshooting
Extensive Linux system administration experience in enterprise environments
Strong scripting experience using Python and Shell Scripting
Experience with Glassbox session management user administration and data masking
Knowledge of SSLTLS certificates networking concepts and infrastructure troubleshooting
Handson experience with production support and incident management processes
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
