The ideal candidate will be an experienced RFx expert with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent competitive sourcing events in fast-paced transition environments. Strong vendor negotiation expertise, exceptional organizational skills with proven timeline management abilities, and the capacity to drive results independently while maintaining alignment with client requirements and transition objectives are essential.

Key Responsibilities

RFx Process Management

Lead and execute multiple concurrent Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes during critical transition periods, managing all phases from strategy development through supplier selection. Develop comprehensive, professional-grade tender documentation including detailed scope of work definitions, evaluation criteria, and commercial frameworks that attract competitive supplier responses. Coordinate complex supplier engagement processes, including supplier briefings, Q&A management, proposal evaluations, and selection recommendations, ensuring rigorous methodology and defensible outcomes. Conduct thorough bid evaluations using quantitative and qualitative analysis, including total cost of ownership modeling, risk assessments, and capability scoring to support optimal supplier selection decisions. Manage compressed RFx timelines typical of transition environments, balancing speed-to-award requirements with thoroughness and quality of competitive sourcing processes.

Strategic Sourcing Implementation

Execute advanced sourcing projects during client transition phases, including comprehensive due diligence activities, market analysis, and supplier capability assessments. Support the implementation of sourcing solutions from contract award through operational delivery, ensuring seamless transition and day-one readiness. Coordinate all sourcing activities with assigned Transition Leads to maintain alignment with overall transition strategies and milestones.

Contract Leadership & Negotiation

Lead contract execution for assigned advanced sourcing projects, including drafting, negotiation, and finalization of complex vendor agreements. Coordinate with Legal & Risk teams to ensure contractual terms align with business objectives and compliance requirements. Negotiate favorable commercial terms and service level agreements that support successful transition outcomes.

Market Research & Intelligence

Conduct detailed market intelligence gathering to support transition sourcing activities and inform RFx strategy development. Analyze supplier capabilities, pricing trends, and service delivery models to ensure competitive positioning for JLL and its clients. Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in client-ready format.

Data Analysis & Financial Modeling

Collect and analyze complex data sets to support sourcing decisions and strategic recommendations during transitions. Perform financial modelling, cost analysis, and benchmarking activities that inform RFx approaches and demonstrate value delivery to clients.

Savings Identification & Delivery

Identify and quantify cost savings opportunities through competitive sourcing processes and optimization initiatives during transition phases. Track and report on savings delivery, ensuring clients receive measurable value from sourcing activities.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor supplier performance, track project milestones, and provide regular reporting on sourcing activities to Transition Leads and the Advanced Sourcing/Strategic Sourcing Leader. Maintain accurate documentation and metrics to support transition success and continuous improvement efforts.

Timeline & Stakeholder Management

Drive sourcing outcomes independently within timeframes agreed and aligned with clients, sourcing teams, and Transition Leads. Coordinate critical deliverables across multiple stakeholders, ensuring all sourcing activities support overall transition schedules and day-one readiness requirements.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
  • 3+ years strategic sourcing experience with demonstrated expertise in competitive sourcing processes, including substantial hands-on experience managing RFx events (RFP/RFQ/RFI) from strategy development through supplier award
  • Proven track record executing end-to-end RFx campaigns with the ability to manage multiple concurrent competitive sourcing initiatives while maintaining quality standards, process rigor, and timeline commitments
  • Strong technical proficiency in RFx methodologies and best practices, including development of professional tender documentation, design of supplier evaluation frameworks and scoring models, and presentation of defensible award recommendations
  • Experience developing comprehensive contract frameworks including statements of work, service schedules, and pricing structures with strong attention to detail and professional documentation standards
  • Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success securing favorable vendor agreements in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, particularly during time-sensitive transition or implementation projects
  • Proven ability to manage complex project timelines and coordinate critical deliverables with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated professional capable of driving initiatives independently while maintaining accountability to team objectives and transition outcomes
