Job Description

Develop and maintain efficient and reusable Pega RPA solutions aligned with business requirements Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate automation needs into technical designs Ensure adherence to Pega best practices coding standards and governance policies Support integration of Pega RPA with other enterprise systems and platforms Participate in code reviews and unit testing to maintain solution quality and performance Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Pega RPA applications Stay updated with emerging Pega RPA technologies and industry trends to propose innovative automation solutions Document technical specifications process flows and user guides for the developed solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Pega RPA automation projects ensuring scalability and maintainability Oversee the endtoend development lifecycle including requirement analysis design coding testing and deployment Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and production incidents in a timely manner Establish and enforce development best practices coding standards and guidelines to enhance team productivity Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions Mentor and support junior team members to uphold code quality and project standards Coordinate with onshore teams and business analysts to drive project deliverables Ensure delivered solutions meet customer technical and functional requirements and contribute to business success
