Full Job Description
Job Description:

  • Use common OD practices to assess, identify, analyze, and determine interventions to solve organizational and team issues within the organization globally.
  • Serve as project manager for all OD projects globally by interfacing with Microchip GOLD team resources to ensure consistency in strategy of organizational development worldwide.
  • Facilitate or manage resources within Microchip GOLD team or through external consultants to deliver corporate training classes as needed to support identified goals as one type of intervention.
  • Design new courses and/or enhance existing course design using internal and external expertise.
  • Provide coaching to leadership and individual contributors as needed to support developmental goals.
  • Coach GOLD team members in OD practices.
  • Conduct annual needs assessment and develop a training plan and budget for meeting identified training needs.
  • Own the Guiding Values survey process by gathering data, analyzing results and communicating results.
  • Complete training award applications within provided timelines.
  • Leverage tools like AI to increase productivity.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • BA or BS in Learning and Instructional Technology, Adult Education, Communications, or related field.
  • Requires 5+ years training and design experience in a corporate or adult education environment.
