The Specialist, Opportunity, Inclusion & Belonging (OIB) plays a key role in advancing the firm's employee experience through onboarding and integration programs, inclusion initiatives, and culture-building efforts.

The Specialist supports the design, execution, and continuous improvement of onboarding and integration experiences while contributing to broader OIB programs and initiatives. Through effective project management, stakeholder collaboration, communications, data analysis, and operational excellence, this role helps ensure employees are successfully integrated into the firm and equipped to thrive.

What You Will Do:

Onboarding & Integration

·         Coordinate and support the delivery of the firm's onboarding and integration experience for new hires across business services and legal professional populations.

·         Implement and maintain role-based onboarding journeys, integration plans, and resources that promote early engagement, productivity, and connection.

·         Partner with managers and key stakeholders to support onboarding readiness and drive a consistent employee experience.

·         Coordinate onboarding programming, orientation sessions, welcome activities, and key integration touchpoints.

·         Develop, maintain, and enhance onboarding materials, communications, guides, and resources to ensure accuracy and alignment with firm processes.

·         Support the continuous improvement of onboarding workflows, templates, and operational processes through feedback, data, and best practices.

·         Gather and synthesize feedback from new hires, managers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve onboarding effectiveness and integration outcomes.

·         Monitor onboarding activities and milestones, helping track progress, participation, and engagement throughout the employee's transition into the firm.

·         Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, Learning & Professional Development, and IT to support onboarding-related systems, processes, and enhancements.

·         Leverage technology, workflow automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and the employee experience.

·         Contribute to the development of manager resources, tools, and communications that support successful onboarding and integration.

·         Stay informed on emerging trends and leading practices related to onboarding, employee experience, and workforce integration.

Opportunity, Inclusion & Belonging Programs

·         Support 4 Inclusion Network leadership teams through meeting coordination, materials development, communications, logistics, and follow-up activities.

·         Develop and distribute internal resources, communications, presentations, and engagement materials that support OIB priorities.

·         Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders across Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Learning & Professional Development, Recruiting, and business teams.

·         Support the development and maintenance of OIB-related content, tools, resources, and communications channels.

·         Research and share emerging trends, insights, and best practices related to inclusion, belonging, employee experience, and workplace culture.

·         Help manage firmwide distribution of OIB programming, campaigns, and awareness resources.

·         Support special projects and strategic initiatives that advance departmental and firm priorities.

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

·         Prepare polished presentations, briefing materials, executive summaries, and communications for leadership and stakeholder audiences.

·         Maintain project plans, documentation, meeting notes, and progress updates for key initiatives.

·         Apply a systems-thinking approach to identify process dependencies, improve workflows, and enhance operational effectiveness across programs and initiatives.

·         Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and scalable solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.

·         Support change management and implementation efforts associated with new programs, processes, and employee experience initiatives.

 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Provide administrative, scheduling, documentation, and coordination support to the OIB team.

·         Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and related administrative activities.

·         Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

 

Who You Are:

The Target Salary Range For This Position Varies By Location And Is Commensurate With Relevant Experience: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00
