Responsibilities - Support the manager in development, implementation, execution, and ongoing optimization surrounding campaign tactics for General Market and Hispanic Market national media and local test campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align paid media efforts with overall marketing goals and maintain momentem across complex workstreams to ensure timely launches and ongoing opportunities for campaign development
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to inform future allocations and optimizations as well as lead opportunities around A/B testing strategies and opportunistic
- Assist with vendor and partner relationship management and coordination
- Lead onboarding and management of enhanced data capabilities and activation
- Facilitate billing reconcilations and lead budget tracking and management
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices

Pay Range: $63,000.00 - $107,000.00 Annually
What we expect from you - Bachelors Degree is required; Additional education information (major, etc.): Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or Communications preferred
- Understanding of national and local media planning and buying practices
- 1-2 years of related experience in media with a media or full-service advertising agency
- Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, excellent communication skills, multi-tasker, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with both marketing resources and tools, as well as partnership building
Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or at other location(s) as designated by the Company. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs. #LI-Onsite
The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
