- Serve as the primary expert for all data-related aspects on SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC projects
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive data migration plans, ensuring seamless transition and data integrity across legacy and SAP environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into effective data strategies and migration solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end data activities-including extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation-to support successful project delivery.
- Mentor and develop colleagues, building internal SAP capability and supporting the growth of future SAP specialists.
- Drive innovation and market growth by developing and sharing SAP thought leadership, both internally and externally
- Engage with SAP's latest solutions, participating in continuous learning to drive impactful business transformations.
The team Deloitte's SAP practice excels in driving innovative business transformations with a comprehensive suite of integrated market solutions and services. We specialize in the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP applications, empowering clients to build a Kinetic Enterprise. This involves enabling a clean core, reducing technical debt, and leveraging advanced cloud capabilities such as automation, AI, ML, and analytics.

Required Qualifications - 8+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry
- Experience participating in all phases of at least 4 full end-to-end SAP implementations of data migration projects
- Experience with a minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementations
- Experience working with at least 2 of the following SAP data migration tools - BODS, Syniti , MDG, Data Services, Information Steward, Migration Cockpit
- Completed Material, Customer, and Vendor Master Data conversions on at least 2 SAP projects, with experience in ETL-based data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities documented in project roles.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data validation, reconciliation, and data cleansing techniques
- ABAP Development Programming Skills
- Bachelor's degree or associate degree plus equivalent work experience
- A bility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred Qualifications - Deep understanding of SAP data structures, data governance, and data quality concepts
- Experience migrating SAP ECC to S/4 Hana
- Experience contributing to the development of at least 1 SAP tool, methodologies, or knowledge assets (such as accelerators, templates, or best practice guides).
- Participation in at least 1 external SAP eminence-building activity (such as presenting at conferences, publishing articles, or leading client workshops.
- Previous experience work ing directly for a "Big 4" consulting firm
- At least 1 current SAP certification
