Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development Create manage and implement longterm multiyear digital commerce or customer experience strategies
User Research Analysis Analyse quantitative data behavioural analytics and user research to identify pain points and opportunities
Journey Mapping Define customer experiences through detailed journey maps personas and blueprints
Stakeholder Collaboration Facilitate workshops lead discovery sessions and align crossfunctional teams design product marketing
Performance Measurement Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success and return on investment ROI of experience initiatives
Required Skills
Strategic Thinking Ability to translate business opportunities and user insights into actionable usercentric
Data Literacy Strong proficiency in interpreting analytics and user behavioural data to drive decisionmaking
