In this role, you will enable the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Gas Transmission and Midstream (GTM) IMS, ensuring alignment with management system requirements and operational excellence goals. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to execute governance activities, improve processes, and drive enhancements that elevate safety, reliability, efficiency, and effectiveness.

What You Will Do:
Lead governing and performance management activities to drive management system effectiveness across the asset lifecycle.
Design, develop, implement, and continuously improve IMS processes, procedures, tools, and supporting documentation.
Prepare communications and high impact presentation materials for senior management.
Provide expert guidance to program and process, and element owners to ensure compliance with IMS requirements.
Manage audits, assessments, and stakeholder engagement activities to support IMS adoption and governance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to manage projects, integrations, and enterprise-wide process improvements.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
7+ years of related experience, including business process optimization and oil and gas operations support.
Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguous environments and can effectively manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
Highly organized, process-oriented professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Collaborative relationship builder with a people-first mindset and the ability to work effectively with all levels of leadership, regulatory agencies, and industry associations.

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Salary:
Ranges from $115,000 – $145,000 USD for U.S. locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
