Executes sales and business development strategies that drive business results. Sells indirect auto lending products, and identifies and initiates cross-sell opportunities in the best interest of the customer.
  • Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Recommends new products and services that satisfy customer needs.
  • Influences and negotiates to achieve business objectives.
  • Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.
  • Assists in the development of strategic plans.
  • Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participates and acts as a subject matter expert on projects.

  • Acts in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements that include, but are not limited to, Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Reporting requirements, FCAC consumer provision requirements, and Privacy Act provisions in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.
  • Monitors and tracks performance and addresses any issues.
  • Adheres to business banking lending processes, policies, procedures, legal, regulatory, audit, and ethical requirements.
  • Liaises between clients and various departments across the organization to discuss issues and procedures and provide product support and expertise.
  • Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensures alignment between stakeholders.

    Qualifications:
  • Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of indirect auto lending product offerings, pricing, dealer trends, and competitive marketplace.
  • Expert knowledge of indirect auto lending regulatory requirements and underwriting guidelines.
  • In-depth credit knowledge and skills.
  • Working knowledge of portfolio management.
  • Customer pipeline management experience - required.
  • Leadership skills and customer service orientation.
  • In-depth customer service skills.
  • Solid change management experience.
  • In-depth experience reading and analyzing production reports.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

Salary:

$66,600.00 - $124,200.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure.
