Job Description:

The Specialist, HR Learning and Development will design, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives that enable our organization to evolve and thrive in an ever-changing landscape. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify current and future skills requirements and develop flexible learning interventions to meet the diverse needs of our workforce.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify organizational learning needs and gaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and goals aligned with business objectives.
  • Design innovative and engaging learning programs that leverage motivational and behavioral science principles.
  • Develop a variety of learning interventions, including digital courses, workshops, simulations, job aids, and coaching programs.
  • Utilize technology and learning platforms to deliver and track learning experiences effectively.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through data analysis, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating new methodologies and technologies into learning solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal subject matter experts, external vendors, and learning partners to enhance learning experiences.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on learning opportunities and resources.
