The ideal candidate combines strong project management and operational discipline with creative judgment, digital fluency, and a consumer-focused mindset. You will use performance insights, emerging tools, and digital best practices to recommend improvements to content experiences and ways of working.

This role reports to the Manager, Digital Content Strategy.

What You Will Do

Global Website & Digital Experience Initiatives
  • Maintain and evolve global digital content standards and governance processes, including naming conventions, briefing, review, approval, localization, accessibility, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Own the end-to-end coordination of assigned global landing pages and interactive content across direct-to-consumer channels, partnering with internal teams and external agencies to deliver consistent digital experiences across regions and platforms.
  • Support ongoing improvements to website content and user journeys, ensuring alignment with brand, ecommerce, and consumer engagement objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the consistency, quality, and scalability of digital content delivery across markets.

Centralized Seasonal Campaign Development & Global Rollouts
  • Assess the effectiveness, adoption, and value of the global seasonal campaign workstream, gathering stakeholder input and performance insights to recommend how the program should evolve, scale, or be prioritized.
  • Develop campaign briefs and manage the creative-development process with Huemen, ensuring concepts and deliverables reflect global brand priorities, ecommerce objectives, regional needs, and channel requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder reviews, feedback rounds, approvals, and regional hand-off for assigned global seasonal campaigns, such as Mother's Day, Back to School, Halloween, and Black Friday.

Collaborate with Creative & Agency Partners
  • Coordinate internal creative and agency deliverables, including briefs, timelines, feedback rounds, asset reviews, and final handoffs for assigned digital content and campaign experiences.
  • Provide organized and actionable feedback to creative teams while helping ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Lead content quality assurance and launch-readiness checks for digital creative assets across platforms and regions.
  • Stay informed on contemporary digital design, ecommerce, and content trends to help elevate overall digital brand exposition.

Support Content Operations & Optimization
  • Support global blog content workflows, from planning and ideation through publishing, and ongoing optimization, to strengthen SEO, AEO, and content discoverability.
  • Evaluate and improve digital content processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability across teams and markets.
  • Test and help implement new tools, technologies, and ways of working that improve content production, governance, measurement, and optimization.
  • Analyze website, campaign, search, and content-engagement performance to recommend improvements and track outcomes such as on-time delivery, content accuracy, QA defect reduction, localization turnaround, page engagement, and workflow efficiency.

What You Need to Be Successful
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital content operations, content marketing, web or ecommerce content, digital production, or a related field, including coordinating website, landing-page, or digital campaign initiatives in a global or multi-regional organization.
  • Strong understanding of digital consumer experiences, ecommerce journeys, and modern content and digital-creative best practices.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, digital publishing workflows, and content operations processes.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, prioritize business needs, and deliver accurate work from brief through completion.
  • Experience collaborating with global and regional stakeholders, internal creative teams, agencies, and external production partners.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver who seeks out answers, uses available data, and engages the right partners to overcome roadblocks.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret insights, identify trends, and recommend performance improvements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, creative judgment, and an appreciation for premium, contemporary brand experiences.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience supporting global, international, or regional marketing initiatives.
  • Experience within consumer electronics, lifestyle, retail, or ecommerce-driven brands.
