What You Can Expect
Authors, publishes, and optimizes digital content across enterprise web properties in a highly regulated MedTech environment. The role combines hands-on CMS authoring with UX/UI execution, metadata and tagging implementation, and vendor coordination to deliver compliant, accessible, and high-performing digital experiences that support business objectives.
How You'll Create Impact
- Create, edit, QA, publish, and maintain web pages, landing pages, campaign pages, and product pages within the enterprise CMS (Adobe Experience Manager) using approved templates, components, and workflows.
- Upload, manage, and optimize digital assets within the CMS digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring assets are properly tagged, formatted, and current.
- Execute page layouts and content presentation using HTML, CSS, and CMS component configuration within established design systems and brand guidelines.
- Implement and maintain metadata, taxonomy, and tagging standards across digital properties to improve content discoverability, governance, and reporting.
- Support Meta pixel, event tracking, and tagging implementation in alignment with campaign measurement, analytics, and platform integration needs.
- Review all content for mobile responsiveness, accessibility compliance, semantic structure, and overall user experience quality prior to publication.
- Apply on-page SEO best practices including metadata fields, headings, alt text, internal linking, and structured content elements.
- Serve as the day-to-day partner for external vendors and agencies, coordinating deliverables, clarifying requirements, and maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, regulatory/legal/compliance, UX, analytics, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective digital content.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CMS authoring issues, broken links, component errors, and content presentation problems.
- Create and maintain authoring documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures to enable consistent publishing practices.
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across content workflows, authoring standards, governance, and operational efficiency.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Content Management: Proficiency in enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), including authoring, publishing, DAM operations, and workflow management.
- UX/UI & Front-End Skills: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility standards with the ability to execute page-level updates and troubleshoot presentation issues.
- Metadata & Digital Marketing: Understanding of metadata, taxonomy, tagging, SEO principles, and analytics enablement within a digital content environment.
- Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with content governance, compliance review workflows, and quality standards applicable to a regulated Med Tech or Life Sciences organization.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and outside partners, including agencies to manage deliverables and maintain quality.
- Process Improvement: Proactive mindset for identifying workflow inefficiencies and driving practical enhancements to authoring standards, templates, documentation, and content lifecycle practices.
Education and Experience
- Minimum Qualification Required: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in web content authoring, digital content management, or website operations preferred.
- Experience working in an enterprise CMS environment such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar platform preferred
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS with the ability to make page-level UX/UI updates and perform content QA preferred
- Experience in MedTech, Life Sciences, healthcare, or another regulated industry preferred
- Experience with metadata management, tagging, SEO, vendor coordination, or content process improvement preferred
Travel Expectations
- Occasional overnight, domestic travel up to 10% annually
Expected Compensation Range: $90k to $110k, plus target bonus
