Position Summary

T2S Solutions is seeking a Management Specialist to provide administrative, operational, and program-management support for U.S. Army and Department of Defense mission requirements. The ideal candidate will possess experience coordinating projects, tracking actions and deliverables, developing reports and briefings, maintaining program documentation, and supporting daily business operations. This position will work with Government customers, program leadership, technical teams, and other stakeholders to monitor schedules, resolve administrative issues, and ensure requirements are completed accurately and on time. The selected candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, analyze information, communicate effectively, and produce professional correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and other program-management documentation.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative, operational, and program-management support to Government and contractor personnel.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, action items, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, meeting minutes, correspondence, spreadsheets, and program documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, reviews, data calls, and other program activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor assigned actions and follow up with responsible personnel to support timely completion.
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and present program, financial, staffing, and performance information.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records, document repositories, trackers, and configuration-controlled files.
  • Assist with developing standard operating procedures, workflows, status reports, and management briefings.
  • Identify administrative or operational issues and recommend practical solutions to program leadership.
  • Communicate professionally with Government customers, technical personnel, subcontractors, and company leadership.
  • Manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Protect sensitive information and comply with applicable security, privacy, and document-handling requirements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, information technology, network operations, or communications-security programs.
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense and U.S. Army organizations, missions, policies, and administrative processes.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance activities, including Risk Management Framework documentation, assessment tracking, and Plan of Action and Milestones management.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and guidance, such as NIST publications, DoD cybersecurity policies, and applicable Army regulations.
  • Experience tracking cybersecurity requirements, vulnerabilities, risks, corrective actions, and authorization-related deliverables.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology, security controls, system authorization packages, and technical documentation.
  • Experience coordinating technical reviews, cybersecurity working groups, status meetings, and customer briefings.
  • Ability to translate technical cybersecurity information into clear reports, presentations, executive summaries, and action items.
  • Experience maintaining controlled document repositories, program trackers, dashboards, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Experience supporting contract deliverables, data calls, staffing reports, financial tracking, or acquisition documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration or project-management tools.
  • Relevant certification, such as Security+, CAP/CGRC, PMP, CAPM, or an equivalent cybersecurity or project-management credential.
  • Active Secret security clearance or higher.
