Job Summary
Responsible for supporting revenue and product development initiatives across the business unit. Evaluates business opportunities, researches new markets and technologies, builds financial models and creates business proposals/requirements. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing market trends and industry intelligence to identify strategic business development opportunities
  • External Builder/ developer associations relationships
  • Data analysis experience preferred
  • Spectrum software experience
  • Geographical Information system (GIS) background and understanding of Construction Maps required
  • Developing comprehensive financial models and revenue forecasts to evaluate potential partnerships and business opportunities
  • Supporting senior management in strategic planning initiatives through detailed market research and opportunity assessment reports
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate business requirements and technical specifications for partnership implementations
  • Managing relationships with existing strategic partners while identifying opportunities for revenue growth and expanded collaboration
  • Preparing detailed business performance reports and analytics dashboards to track partnership metrics and revenue objectives
  • Contributing to partnership negotiations by conducting due diligence and providing data-driven recommendations for deal structures
  • Implementing standardized processes for tracking and reporting business development activities across multiple strategic accounts
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
