TS/SCI Job Duties:- Manage and oversee the administration of Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and collateral security programs in accordance with DoD regulations, Intelligence Community directives, and government security policies.
- Process security clearance requests, visit authorizations, indoctrinations, debriefings, and continuous evaluation requirements while ensuring personnel maintain compliance with eligibility standards for classified access.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures in accordance with the Department of Defense, the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, and applicable security directives; prepare for inspections and successfully resolve identified security deficiencies.
- Deliver security awareness training, conduct annual refresher briefings, investigate security incidents and classified spills, recommend corrective actions, and maintain required security documentation and reporting.
- Oversee access control systems, classified material accountability, secure storage, visitor control, facility security, and coordination with government customers to protect classified information, personnel, and sensitive assets.
Education and Experience:- Demonstrated experience managing and overseeing DoD security programs.
- Six years' relevant experience and certifications
